The purpose of the Site is to present Treking and its software ecosystem (Go, In, IQ), its success stories and corporate information, as well as to enable contact and demo-request channels.

The user agrees to:

• Use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and these Terms.
• Not carry out activities that affect the operation, security or availability of the Site.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information in the forms.
• Not use the Site for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

The trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, graphics, designs and other content of the Site —including the names Treking, treking Go, treking In and treking IQ— are the property of the Company or its owners and are protected by intellectual property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Completing contact or demo-request forms constitutes an expression of interest and does not, by itself, create any contractual obligation for the Company. Any commercial relationship will be formalized through the specific agreements the parties enter into.

The Site may include links to third-party sites or services (for example, social media or messaging channels). Treking does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties.

The Company strives to keep the Site available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treking will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The processing of personal data provided through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Treking may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Site; continued use implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C..
